The Dark Phoenix Rises In New X-Men Facsimile Edition

One of the landmark issues of the Uncanny X-Men in the 1980s is getting a brand-new reprint, giving readers the chance to see the rise of the Dark Phoenix.
In Uncanny X-Men #134, by John Byrne, Chris Claremont, Terry Austin, Bob Sharen, and Tom Orzechowski, Jean Grey is corrupted by the Phoenix, transforming into her dark form and ultimately changing her fate in the Marvel Universe. The story would majorly impact subsequent Marvel stories and is often remembered as one of the greatest storylines from a team of top-notch creators.
