The Death of the Silver Surfer Teases Demise of Norrin Radd

Marvel is teasing Silver Surfer’s final stand in Death of Silver Surfer #1, which may spell the end for the fan-favorite hero in the Marvel Universe.
In Death of Silver Surfer #1 by Greg Pak and Sumit Kumar, Norrin Radd comes to Earth to try to stop an all-new threat. However, Marvel Comics is hinting that getting into the throes of battle may lead to the Surfer falling, while his Power Cosmic may be up for grabs. Meanwhile, Galactus will have something to say about his Herald’s latest quest and potential demise.
Death of the Silver Surfer #1 features main cover art from Dike Ruan, with variants coming from Joe Quesada, Ron Lim (foil), and Tradd Moore. Nick Bradshaw draws a 1:25 incentive variant cover, while John Romita draws a 1:50 Hidden Gem variant, with Quesada’s cover being available as a 1:100 virgin variant.
