SHIPPING METHODS:
For shipping within Canada, we exclusively use Canada Post Expedited Parcel service to ensure timely delivery. Shipments to the United States are sent via Tracked Packet or Expedited service. If you require faster delivery, we can arrange express courier shipments for an additional fee. Typically, next-day service within Canada and the US costs approximately $100.
PACKAGING TYPES:
For Letter Packages, we securely affix the book(s) between two pieces of stiff cardboard, which is the most economical method for shipping small orders. However, we do not recommend this method for high-value packages. When it comes to CGC graded books, we shipthem in a box with ample bubble wrap for maximum protection. Additionally, all other orders are packaged in boxes with a combination of bubble wrap and packing paper to ensure the books are well-secured.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS:
We offer shipping services to both Canada and the USA. Shipping rates for Europe, Australia, and other countries can be obtained during the checkout process. If your country is not listed at checkout, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are more than happy to assist you and provide shipping options for your location.
HOLD BOXES:
We are delighted to offer our customers the convenience of Hold Boxes. You can place multiple orders without the need for immediate shipping. Simply select "Hold DO NOT SHIP" during checkout, and we will gather your items into a designated hold box. You can keep adding books to your hold box without any restrictions on the quantity or duration. When you're ready to have your items shipped, simply request a shipping invoice by checking out with "Ship My Hold Box".
PROCESSING TIME:
We strive to provide exceptional service by aiming for next business day handling on orders. Please note that orders for Special Order Graphic Novels and Pre-Sales will not Ship until the last item is released. For Weekly Pre-Sales, we ensure shipping on the Tuesday or Wednesday of the release week. Pease allow an extra 2-3 weeks for exclusive variants as they are sourced from our international partners.

For our shipping services, we exclusively utilize Canada Post's Expedited Parcel option. This reliable and efficient shipping method ensures that your orders are delivered in a timely manner. Please note that the number of books per box is an approximation. Larger items such as Graded Books, Trade Paperbacks, Hardcovers, Omnibus editions, or Magazines may count as more than one book. Graded Comics will automatically qualify for a minimum Large Box, while Magazines will automatically qualify for a minimum Medium Box. Additionally, oversized books such as Squarebounds, Anniversary Issues, and 100 Page Giants will also count as more than one book. We want to ensure that your items are securely packed and delivered to you in the best condition possible.
TRACKING INFORMATION:
Once your order is shipped, we will promptly email you the tracking information. You can easily track the status of your package at any time by logging into your account on our app or website.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES:
Customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the customs authority of your country are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
RETURNS:
Orders can be refunded prior to shipping and are subject to a restocking fee up to 15%. Returns are accepted at our discretion. Please note that all Pre-Orders and Special Order Items are non-refundable.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
In the extremely rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will initiate a claim process with Canada Post on your behalf. In the case of damaged packaging, we kindly request that you take photographs of the damaged package before opening it. These photos will assist us in filing a thorough claim and resolving the issue promptly.
